Attach: Conditions of Qualification screening

Applicants shall meet all of the following requirements. Applicants shall be:
1. Civil society organization with independent legal person status in China;
2. Have independent institutional bank account and sound financial management system and internal control system in compliance with national standards;
3. Have more than 5 years of work experience in AIDS control and prevention or other public health areas;
4. Have fixed work facility and office equipment with more than 5 full-time staff (excluding part-time staff and volunteers).
